1. Additional fee
- A surcharge of RMB 2/kg applies for remote addresses.
2. Parcel weight requirements
- For box products, the weight must not exceed 22 kg; if it does, a fee of 160 RMB per box will be charged. Each individual item must not weigh less than 12 kg; items under 12 kg will be calculated as 12 kg. (Packaging restriction: only cardboard box packaging is accepted.)
- If the longest side exceeds 120 cm, an additional fee of 160 RMB per item will be charged.
- If the second longest side exceeds 75 cm, an additional fee of 160 RMB per item will be charged.
- If the length plus twice the sum of width and height is between 260 cm and 330 cm, an additional fee of 160 RMB per item will be charged.
- For items with a girth exceeding 330 cm but not exceeding 400 cm, and an actual weight exceeding 40 kg but not exceeding 65 kg, an additional fee of 800 RMB will be charged.
3. Addresses not accepted
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other islands.
