Rakumart Order Status Explanation

Here are explanations of all the statuses for your order. If you have any questions, please contact the Rakumart team. Thank you for your time.

Order Status:

NOStatusExplanation
1Temporarily saved orders:Refers to an order that has been saved but not submitted by customer.
2Awaiting Quote:Agent is currently verifying product information and estimating international shipping costs, etc.
3Awaiting Payment:Refers to that agent has finished the quote and customer could pay for the order.
4Pending:Customer has submitted the remittance.
Rakumart.us is currently verifying whether the payment has been received.
This confirmation time is determined by the remittance bank, and generally, ACH bank needs 1-3 working days.
5Processing:Once the remittance is confirmed in our account. Rakumart.us will proceed with purchasing the goods.
After the products arrive at Rakumart, we will arrange for inspection and packaging.
6In Stock:Refers to that products have been finished packing and are ready to be sent to you.
7In Transit:Refers to that products in this order have been submitted packinglist.
8Delivered:Refers to that customer has received the goods, all goods in the order have been submitted with packinglists,
and all packinglists have been confirmed receipt.
9Closed:Orders deleted by the customer or product doesn’t have stock.

P.S. Packinglist refers to the situation when the items of your order have arrived at Rakumart after your payment, and Rakumart has confirmed that all items are in good condition.
