Order Status:
| NO | Status | Explanation |

| 1 | Temporarily saved orders: | Refers to an order that has been saved but not submitted by customer. |
| 2 | Awaiting Quote: | Agent is currently verifying product information and estimating international shipping costs, etc. |
| 3 | Awaiting Payment: | Refers to that agent has finished the quote and customer could pay for the order. |
| 4 | Pending: | Customer has submitted the remittance. Rakumart.us is currently verifying whether the payment has been received. This confirmation time is determined by the remittance bank, and generally, ACH bank needs 1-3 working days. |
| 5 | Processing: | Once the remittance is confirmed in our account. Rakumart.us will proceed with purchasing the goods. After the products arrive at Rakumart, we will arrange for inspection and packaging. |
| 6 | In Stock: | Refers to that products have been finished packing and are ready to be sent to you. |
| 7 | In Transit: | Refers to that products in this order have been submitted packinglist. |
| 8 | Delivered: | Refers to that customer has received the goods, all goods in the order have been submitted with packinglists, and all packinglists have been confirmed receipt. |
| 9 | Closed: | Orders deleted by the customer or product doesn’t have stock. |
P.S. Packinglist refers to the situation when the items of your order have arrived at Rakumart after your payment, and Rakumart has confirmed that all items are in good condition.
