1. Parcel weight requirements

• A single box can not be less than 12kg (less than 12 kg is counted as 12kg); a minimum of 21 KG to start (less than 21 kg is counted as 21kg)
• The actual weight of the outer box is <22kg (over 180 RMB/box);
• Excessive length surcharge: if any one of the following criteria is met, an additional surcharge of 180 RMB/piece will be charged, and the charges will be stacked. ① the first long side > 120cm (and <244cm); ② the second long side > 75cm; ③ circumference, i.e.: length + 2 x (width + height) > 260cm
• Refuse to accept the goods with gross weight of the outer box exceeding 40 kg; length of one side > 170cm; length of the periphery > 300cm.

2. Additional fees

Notebooks, wooden products (excluding customs clearance items), kitchen knives, etc. + CNY1.00/KG

Tableware requiring an FDA certificate, the chargeable price + CNY1.00/KG

Toys, sunglasses, civilian telescopes, magnifying glasses, microscopes, UL products, etc. + CNY2.00/KG

Each ticket defaults to 5 product names, and for each additional product name, an additional 30 yuan will be charged

3. Charges for remote areas

• Non-delivery address: Outside the 48 states of the United States, including PO Boxes, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and islands
• Remote fee +3/kg, ultra-remote +4/kg

4. Restricted shipping items
