1.Parcel weight requirements

• The minimum chargeable weight for a single box is 12 kg. If the actual weight of a single box is greater than or equal to 22.5 kg, an additional fee of 255 RMB per item will be charged.
• For any single package with any side longer than 120 cm, an oversized fee of 170 RMB per item will be charged. If the second side exceeds 75 cm, an additional 170 RMB per item will also be charged. Packages with any side exceeding 150 cm will not be accepted.
• For any single package where the length plus twice the sum of width and height exceeds 266 cm, an oversized fee of 170 RMB per item will be charged. Packages exceeding 330 cm will not be accepted.
• Single packages with an actual weight greater than 40 kg will not be accepted.
• For oversized items, please inquire separately.

2. Additional fees

• Glasses +CNY 2/kg, watches +CNY 5 per unit, flags + CNY 2/kg, and air purifier items +CNY 2/kg.
• For non-Amazon addresses (excluding Walmart and overseas warehouse addresses), there is an additional fee of CNY 1/kg.
• Each shipment includes up to 5 product names by default; for each additional product name, an extra charge of CNY 30 will be applied.
• Additional surcharges apply for remote areas.

3. Restricted shipping items

• We do not accept counterfeit brands, pure batteries, precious metals, chemicals, sensitive items, children’s toys, prohibited items, or items that are flammable or explosive as explicitly specified.
