How to find your awaiting payment packinglists
There are two ways to find awaiting payment packinglists:
1.Go to the personal center, click on “All Orders,” then click on “Packinglist/ Order in transit,” and finally click “Pay.” You can follow the steps in the images directly.
2. Find “International shipping pending payment”, click on ” Manage Orders” Then you will see the awaiting payment packinglists
Explanation of the Packinglists Navigation Bar Status and packinglist status
- Awaiting quote refers to Agent is currently verifying international shipping information.
- Awaiting payment refers to Agent finished the quote and customer could pay for the packinglist
- Awaiting packinglist refers to Customer has submitted the remittance.
Rakumart.us is currently verifying whether the remittacnce has been received.
This confirmation time is determined by the remittance bank, ACH bank needs 3-5 working days - Orders from China to the United States refers to Rakumart.us has arranged for international shipping, products are on their way to the United States.
- US domestic shipping refers to Parcel delivery company is delivering your orders now, you could check the delivery time on their official website.
- Delivered refers to The customer has received the goods and all goods in the packinglist have been confirmed receipt.
