1.How to find your awaiting payment orders

Go to the personal center, click on “All Orders,” then click on “Awaiting Payment Orders,” and finally click “Pay.” You can follow the steps in the images directly.

Find “Orders that require payment”, click on ” Manage Orders”. Then you will see the awaiting payment orders

Temporarily saved orders refers to an order that has been saved but not submitted
Awaiting quote refers to agent is currently verifying product information and estimating international shipping costs, etc.
Awaiting payment refers to agent finished the quote and customer could pay for the order
Pending refers to Customer has submitted the remittance.
Rakumart.us is currently verifying whether the payment has been received.
This confirmation time is determined by the remittance bank, ACH bank needs 3-5 working days.
Processing refers to Once the remittance is confirmed in our account. Rakumart.us will proceed with purchasing the goods.
After the products arrive at Rakumart, we will arrange for inspection and packaging.
In stock refers to products has been finished packing and ready to send to you.
In transit refers to products in this order has been submitted packinglist.
Delivered refers to customer has received the goods, all goods in the order have been submitted with packinglists, and allpacking lists have been confirmed receipt.
Closed refers to Orders deleted by the customer or product doesn’t have stock.

Here is the order status

Purchase complete refers to Rakumart staff finished purchasing your products
Partial Goods stocked refers to some products have arrived at Rakumart.us and have been processed, waiting for shipment

In transit refers to products in this order has been submitted packinglist.
Delivered refers to customer has received the goods, all goods in the order have been submitted with packinglists, and allpacking lists have been confirmed receipt.
