As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, we’ve revamped the interface and added several new features that make managing your account and orders easier than ever before.

What’s New?
1.You can view the status of all your orders more clearly on the All orders interface
In this interface, you can view your orders based on different order statuses. By clicking on the “question mark” icon, you will be redirected to a blog post explaining all the statuses, helping you better understand the meaning of each specific status.
2. When there is a problem with your order, you can contact your agent directly on this interface
3. In the Packinglist interface, you can see the status of all your Packinglists
Packinglist refers to the status that your order products have arrived at Rakumart, there are no problems with product quality inspection, and they are ready to be sent to you.
The first interface is Shipping order detail. In this interface, you can download Packinglist , check order detail, and view general packing information and your shipping address.
The second interface is the Packinglist interface. In this interface, you can view information about international shipping and logistics and specific packing information of the packinglist.
For international logistics information, we will update the logistics for you approximately every 3 days and send it to you by email, so that you can track your order logistics information in more real-time.
