1. Parcel weight requirements

• If the longest side is ≥116cm and ≤238cm, the second longest side is >71cm, or the length + (width + height) * 2 ≥261cm, an oversize surcharge of RMB 220 per item will be applied if any of these conditions are met.
• For items with a single piece actual weight ≥22kg, an overweight surcharge of RMB 298 per item will be applied. If the average actual weight per item of a single shipment is ≥22kg, then each item in that shipment will incur a surcharge of RMB 298 per item.
• If a single side exceeds 238cm and the chargeable weight is less than 40.5kg, it will be charged as 40.5kg. If the length + (width + height) * 2 is ≥325cm and <414cm, an oversize surcharge of RMB 1800 per item will be applied if any of these conditions are met.
• For items using wooden or iron packaging, any cylindrical packaging such as tires or barrels, or any irregularly shaped items that UPS determines require special handling, a special handling surcharge of RMB 200 per item will be applied if any of these conditions are met.
• There is no service for items with a single piece actual weight exceeding 62kg, the longest side exceeding 269cm, or length + (width + height) * 2 ≥414cm.
• If both oversize and overweight surcharges are applicable, they will be charged cumulatively.

3. Note:

• Products requiring FDA/FCC certification, commercial inspection, anti-dumping (as specified in the table below), and trademarked products (such as those with Bluetooth logos, HDMI, etc.) must be individually inquired about before shipment. Otherwise, the sender will bear all consequences. LED products are under FDA regulation, and any customs detention, destruction, or fines incurred will be the responsibility of the sender. If the sender cannot provide an FDA certificate, our company can arrange one for RMB 700 per shipment.
• If the shipment has already been sent and you need to change the address, there will be an additional fee.
